Job Summary:

The project administrator will be responsible for general administration of the internal and external project functions in 8K’s growing construction portfolio.


  • Drafting and organizing project subcontracts
  • Compiling and collecting lien waivers and pay-applications
  • Coordinating monthly draw processes
  • Routine bookkeeping and expense tracking for jobs
  • Payroll processing and job costing
  • Special projects, as assigned


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Positive attitude
  • Eager to take on more responsibility

These skills help, but aren’t required:

  • Licensed Ohio Notary
  • Experience using QuickBooks and/or Procore
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
